By accessing this website, creating an account, or enrolling in any program offered by AstraGrid Hub ("Website", "We", "Us"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or enroll in our programs.

2. Nature of Program & Disclaimers

Training & Educational Scope: The internship program offered is strictly a training, upskilling, and educational initiative.

No Job or Internship Guarantee: Completion of this program does not guarantee employment, a job offer, or a corporate internship position. Our responsibility is strictly limited to delivering the course curriculum, assignments, and training support.

Course Structure: The program will run for a specific duration specified at the time of enrollment. Participants will be provided with study materials and weekly assignments throughout the program duration.

Certification: Certificates of completion are issued based on meeting minimum criteria. Certificates do not constitute formal academic degrees or employment contracts.

3. User Eligibility & Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

As per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, if you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to enroll and participate in the program.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All study materials, weekly assignments, recorded lectures, templates, and content provided during the course remain the sole intellectual property of AstraGrid Hub.

Limited License: Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and complete materials strictly for individual learning.

Restrictions: You agree not to copy, record, screen-share, redistribute, upload, or sell any study materials or assignment details to any third party or platform without our explicit written permission.

5. Participant Conduct & Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If multiple logins are detected on a single account, access may be suspended without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in abusive behavior toward instructors, mentors, or other participants during sessions, discussions, or assignment reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AstraGrid Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program, site outages, or temporary loss of access to study materials.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
