1. Delivery Method

Digital Access: All course study materials, weekly assignments, and batch schedules will be provided online via email and/or our designated digital portal.

Documentation: Offer letters and completion certificates will be sent electronically in PDF format to the registered email address provided during enrollment.

2. Delivery Timelines

Program Confirmation & Onboarding: Upon successful completion of registration and payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email immediately. Onboarding details and initial program access will be sent within 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled batch start date.

Weekly Materials: Study materials and weekly assignments will be delivered on a scheduled basis throughout the duration of the program as outlined in your course structure.

Certificates and Offer Letters: Official program offer letters and final completion certificates will be issued via email within (7 to 10 working days) after the program concludes.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all services and materials are delivered digitally, there are zero shipping or handling charges applicable to any of our programs.

4. Delivery Issues & Non-Receipt

If you have enrolled in a program or completed a course but have not received your access details, study materials, offer letter, or certificate within the specified timeline, please follow these steps:
