Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Rule: All purchases, enrollment fees, and program charges are 100% non-refundable.

Once payment is completed and access to the program study materials is granted, no full or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, change of mind, or partial completion of weekly assignments.

2. Program Delivery Structure

No Batch Schedules: We do not operate on fixed live batch schedules. All study materials, resources, and weekly assignments are provided digitally for self-paced learning over the designated duration of the program.

Because all course materials and assignment structures are made available to you digitally upon enrollment, fees cannot be reversed or transferred once purchase confirmation is completed.

3. Cancellations & Transfers

No Course Transfers: Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual or deferred to a different date or program.

Account Cancellation: You may choose to stop participating in the program at any time; however, stopping participation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any remaining portion of the program.

4. Exceptional Technical Errors

If you experience a duplicate payment due to a technical error on the payment gateway, please contact us immediately with proof of both transactions. If verified, the duplicate charge will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
